5. USE OF THE MACHINE (continued)
5.2. STARTING UP OF THE MACHINE
1 . Place the machine horizontally by raising or lowering the stand (10) so that the machine is levelled .
2 . Place a manometer (11) at the end of the pump (12) . Check that all the handles are on zero .
3 . Close the polyester hood and lock the ties (13) .

Unlock emergency stop (14) located above the fixed hood. Set the contact key on ON position.
Lamps shall light up .
5 . Otherwise, check that the circuit-breaker (4) located under the hood, above the battery, is on ON
postion .
6 . Wait until the preheating lamp (17e) turns out, then engage the petrol motor starter by turning the
contact key (23) .
7 . Let the motor run for 10 min to heat it before you continue your work .
8 . Fill the hopper with around 30 L of water, open the air valve (15), then increase gradually the motor
speed (16) . Set the pump rotation in AV position by turning the handle (24) to the right .
9 . Empty the remaining water in the hopper by opening the plug provided for the purpose and connect
the desired accessories . The machine is now ready for work .
Never let the screw turn without product or water.
When you need a lower screw speed, it is preferable to reduce the petrol motor speed
as low as possible and, if necessary, only after that, reduce the pump speed using the
regulator .
This reflex will avoid you an excessive consumption of gasoil, a high noise level and an
useless oil heating .
Caution, an excessively low speed of the petrol motor also brings a low air flow-rate.
The command handle of the screw rotation has a preferable rotation direction caracterized
by a maintained position . The reverse is possible by maintaining manually the handle on
left position .
