Cooking programmes
The steam oven has 8 programmes with 6 of these as cooking programmes. These programmes have pre-
settings for each of them although can be adjusted according the the users preference or as nominated in
any recipe being followed. Refer to ‘
Control panel operating sequence
’ how pre-sets can be adjusted.
Both the steam programmes and traditional convection cooking programmes have a temperature range
they will work within and these vary depending on the programme chosen. These are not able to be varied
outside these ranges.
Below are the details of the pre-sets and temperature ranges for each of the cooking programmes / modes.

NOTE:
The temperature range adjustment for Steam + fan grilling
and Steam + fan forced
relates only to the convectional mode of these combined cooking programmes. The steam temperature on
both these programmes remain at the pre-set of 100ºC. These combined cooking programmes alternate
between steam mode and the relevant convectional cooking mode.
