Operating Instructions
NOTE:
In order to use the steam oven correctly, the following operating sequence of the control panel
needs to be followed. If this operating sequence is not followed you may think the oven is faulty or
functioning incorrectly.
Operating sequence
1)
Main on/off switch is pressed
- this puts the oven into Standby Mode and Time of day will be
displayed.
2)
P
Programme mode key is pressed
- this will select the cooking function you wish to use, every press
of this key will advance to the proceeding cooking function. If you happen to go past the desired cooking
function, you will need to cycle through again until you reach the cooking function you wish to use.
3)
Timer key and /or
Temperature adjust key is pressed

both of these selections can be done
in either sequence.
Note:
All cooking functions using steam feature MUST have a duration time selected
otherwise will not work. Steam functions will not run with just the Minute Minder being selected.
4)
Plus key or
Minus key is pressed
- these are used to increase or decrease either the time or
temperature, as previously selected.
5)
OK / confirmation key is pressed
- this is done once all adjustments have been made in the
previous steps.
6)
Start / stop key
is pressed
- this will start the oven. If pressed again it will pause the cooking
progress and pressing again will restart the oven
7)
Rapid heat-up key is pressed
- Rapid heat up helps to reach a chosen temperature in a shorter
period of time. When rapid heat-up is selected and in progress the LED display will show the rapid heat up
icon
NOTE:
This feature will NOT work on any of the steam cooking modes even those incorporating convection
cooking modes. Rapid heat up can only be used when the chosen temperature is greater than 100ºC and
works on the following cooking convection modes, fan forced
, fan grill
and static grill
.
