and baking . The quantities, standing times and corresponding recommendations are given .

and place it in the oven .

suitable glass Pyrex dish or on a
ceramic plate . Let it stand for 2 to
3 minutes after warming up .

Mix olive oil or butter with pepper
and salt . Rub this thoroughly into
the chicken on the inside and the
outside . Put the chicken with the
breast downwards on the grill

meal stand for 3 minutes after
cooking .
