III. PREPARATION AND USE
Remove all packaging material and remove the appliance with accessories. Remove all
adhesive foils, stickers or paper from the appliance. Wash all parts which will come in
touch with food in hot water with soap, rinse them thoroughly with clean water and wipe dry
or let dry before first use.
Assembly
Replace the rubber plug in the hole on the bottom of the juicing container

Food preparation
– Do not mince frozen fruit and vegetables. Allow to defrost before processing

– The appliance is intended for processing almost all kinds of fruit and vegetables
(see
I. SAFETY NOTICE
)

– Always use fresh, ripe fruits and vegetables which will give you more juice. Over-ripened
fruit and vegetables will be more difficult to juice and less healthy.
– Remove the stems and haulms.
– When pressing juice from currant, it is better to leave the whole cluster of currents.
– Wash the fruit or vegetables thoroughly.
– Cut bigger foods into smaller pieces.
– Remove pits (e.g. with plums, apricots, cherries, etc.)

Remove thick skin (e.g. with melons, pineapples, cucumbers, potatoes, beet, celery, etc.).
– Peel citrus fruits (e.g. orange, lime) and remove white pulp and seeds; otherwise the
juice could turn bitter.
–
Foods with thin skin do not need to be peeled (e.g. apples, pears, carrots, radish, parsley).
– Use fine mesh screen for hard fruits such as carrots, cucumbers, and apples. Use coarse
mesh screen for soft fruits such as watermelon, oranges, tomatoes, etc.
