Assembly as grass shears without the telescopic shaft
To mount the grass blade (5), remove the cover (9) located on the bottom. Press the lock button (10)
and push the cover (9) back. (B1)
Mount the grass blade (5) so that the two guide anchors (11) of the transmission meet the guide holes
(12) of the blade. You may need to shift the fine blade (13) in the middle and turn the gear wheel (16) to
bring the middle (15) in the correct position

CAUTION:
Always handle boards with gloves!
Once the grass blade (5) mounted right between the guide anchors (14) (B3), put the cover (9) in the
rails underneath the unit, then push it forward until the lock button (10) engages in the base plate. (B4)
Assembly as grass shears with the telescopic shaft
Adjust the telescopic tube to your height: Loosen the handle (23), adjust the tube (B16) and tighten the
handle. Mount the cutter on the carriage of the telescopic handle (18) by sliding the front until it stops.

The telescopic handle (18) comprises a connecting cable which is used to control the shear from the
handle. Plug the cable into the socket behind the handle of the shears. (B6)
You can now use the shears while standing.
