Wi-Fi on
Not connected to a network
Setting up a Wi-Fi connection
Step 1
Tap the Wi-Fi Control icon on the status
bar
Step 2
Select the Wi-Fi drop-down menu and

On. Note: If Wi-Fi is already on select
Scan.
Step 3
Once the Wi-Fi connection has been
enabled you may now select the wireless
network to connect to through the
Network drop-down menu. If the network
does not requires an encryption key wait
for the connection to finish and select
Done. However, if the network is not
listed or requires an encryption key,
select Edit Networks.
Step 4
If the existing wireless network appears
in the list, select the network and then
select Edit to supply the required
encryption key. If the network does not
appear in the list, select Add.
Note: The
network may be hidden for security
purposes.
Step 5
Add the network name or SSID if it does
not appear. An SSID is required for
hidden networks. Then select the
Security drop-down menu and select the
appropriate security option. If your
network does not require any encryption
settings, select None. If your network
requires either WEP or WPA-PSK
encryption, select the appropriate
method.
