The sequence of characters is converted to DTMF
signals and sent automatically, one character at a
time. The characters disappear from the display,
when the transmission starts.
Pre-programmed DTMF Signalling
You can store a code in memory in the same way as you
store a phone number.
The code can be any combination of the digits
0
--
9
and the
characters
*
and
#
, and it may contain up to
20
characters.
To send the code:
1.
Call the desired phone number and wait until the
call has been connected.
2.
Recall the code from memory. The characters
appear in the display.
3.
To send the code, press
M,
followed by
Send
. The
sequence of characters is converted to DTMF
signals and sent automatically, one character at a
time. It is irrelevant whether the
‘‘DTMF’’
option is
selected or not.
If the
‘‘DTMF’’
option is enabled, you must use the
RCL
key to recall the code.
Do not
use the
#
key.
