A ‘LinkInfo’ menu can then be accessed via the Info - DCA Service menu. This menu cannot be ac-
cessed after a normal switch-on.

Note: It is also possible to access the DCA Service menu when the phone is ‘off-hook’ ie during a call.
The DCA-Service menu has two options available to display different types of information.
Link Info
The link info menu has two display options which can be selected by pressing either up or down. The fol-
lowing display is entered by pressing up:

The Link Info option can be used for site surveys and commissioning of the system. All information re-
garding the traffic/beacon channel to which the portable is locked, is visible. The signal strength theoret-
ically varies between /00 and /3F. In practice, values will lie between /07 and /37, of which /07 means
noise, /37 means optimum quality. Typical values are /20 .. /29.
