Load one sheet of A4 or letter-size plain paper, and click "Next" to execute
the automatic nozzle check.

C A U T I O N
The following error message is displayed if the automatic
nozzle check fails three times in a row:
"The automatic nozzle check has failed. There may be a
problem with the print head."
The print head, ink cartridge(s), or ink system may be
damaged.
C A U T I O N
If an ink sensor abnormality is detected during execution of
the automatic nozzle check, the following error message will
be displayed:
"The automatic nozzle check has finished
unsuccessfully. Click OK to start a nozzle check
manually."
1. Click [OK] to print the nozzle check pattern.

no broken lines or missing segments, click [Next]. If
there are broken lines or missing segments, click
[Cleaning], and return to
