communication is interrupted
during data exchanges with the
PC.

Do not move the device and USB Charging clip during
communication processes. Avoid communicating data under
environments where static electricity can be easily generated. If
an error occurs, try reconnecting the USB Charging clip and
attempting the communication again.

If you are still having communication errors after performing this troubleshooting, contact our service center.
