Lamp has a problem
• Check the Lamp Hours in the
Info
menu to see if the lamp is burned out.
Unplug the projector, wait for the lamp
to cool down, and check if it is broken
or installed incorrectly; reseat or
replace the lamp as necessary
• Clean or replace the air filter
• Make sure the lamp cover is closed
• If operating the projector at high
altitude, turn on
High Altitude Mode
• If the problem persists, unplug the
projector and contact Epson for help
