2. Use a cross-head screwdriver to remove the two screws
securing the paper separator to the printer. Then lift off the
paper separator. Store the paper separator and screws for
later use.
3. Close the paper separator cover and open the rear flap and
remove it by lifting up to pull the pegs on the rear flap out
of the notches at the back of the printer. Store the rear flap
for later use.
4. Open the top cover.
