Developer Rack Rotation is Abnormal
1.
When initializing the toner rack position, if the rack black position
sensor (PC6) does not become ON within 3 seconds, it is detected that
toner rack is abnormal.
2.
When the black toner should be at the development position, if the
rack black position sensor (PC6) does not become ON within 0.3
seconds, it is detected that the toner rack is abnormal.
3.
When the rack black position sensor (PC6) becomes ON within 0.3
seconds after the rack motor (M3) is halted, it is detected that the
toner rack is abnormal.
Multi Manual Paper Load Push-up is Abnormal
1.
MPT push-up tray position is detected while loading paper from the
manual tray.
2.
If the output of the manual tray upper position sensor (PC15) does not
change even after the specified amount of time passed after the
manual tray paper load solenoid (SL8) becomes ON, it is detected that
the MPT push-up plate is abnormal.
