Scan Quality Problems
The entire image is distorted or blurred.

Problem
Solution
The document is not
placed correctly.
Make sure the document is placed flat on the document table.
You may have accidentally moved the document during scanning.
Check the position of the document and don’t move it while the scanner
is operating.
Be sure the scanner is not tilted or placed on an unstable surface.

may be wrinkled,
warped, or not in
contact with the
document table.
Be sure the document is uniformly flat and smooth.
There may be IRQ
(interrupt request)
conflicts within your
system.
