Maintenance and Transportation

Cleaning the Printer

To keep your printer operating at its best, you should clean it
thoroughly several times a year.

1. Make sure the printer is turned off and all the lights are off.

Then unplug the power cord.

2. Remove the roll paper spindle. Also remove any sheet media

from the printer.
