Assembly of extra vaporizer
The auxiliary vaporizer can be used universally
in the sauna heaters Invisio Mini, Midi und Maxi
(XL).
It can be mounted on the left or right side. When
mounting the sauna heater, please note that the
heater is always connected to the power supply
on the side opposite to where the aggregate is
mounted.
First attach the assembly bracket to the side
panelling of the sauna heater using the supplied
tapping screws B 4.2 x 9.5. When mounting the
bracket ensure that the long holes for inserting
the vaporizer face backwards. The bracket is
symmetrical and can be mounted on the left
or on the right of the heater. If the vaporizer is
retrofitted, it may be necessary to re-drill the
4 attachment holes into the side part of the
vaporizer.
The vaporizer tank can now be inserted into
the holder with the rear assembly bracket and
screwed tight to the bracket using the supplied
fillister screws.
If the device needs to be serviced at a later date,
it can be accessed from the front and dismantled
easily without any work on the sauna cabin.
The steam exits via a pipe/hose system through
a tank which has a filter to screen dirt.
First of all, the lower connection piece made
of silicone hose is fitted to the pipe socket of
the vaporizer. Then the hose bands are placed
around the pipes so that you can push these
upwards to attach the collars.
Then the pipe Ø35 x 590mm is inserted into the
lower silicon collar.
The longer piece of silicon can now be used to
determine the height of the steam exit tray by
shortening the hose accordingly. They insert the
tray with the pipe socket into the hose. Secure
the interfaces using the previously inserted hose
bands. In a final step, secure the exit tray to the
rear wall of the cabin.
