there are three external inputs EXT1, EXT4 and EXT5:
−
EXT1 or Oxygen Signal (ST31 in 1-2 for signal EXT1),
−
EXT4 or Chimney temperature
−
EXT5 or Temp. Convert. NO / NOx.
CAUTION: The maximum voltage at these analog inputs is 5000 mV.
The number of available analog inputs is therefore seven, three of which are dedicated to the DPT if
required.
5.4.4 TIG 2 BOARD
This board comes as a complement to the interface board. It is used only in the management of
remote commands and the solenoid valves command.
This board is connected:
−
to the motherboard by a 26-point cable (J 31 connector on the motherboard),
−
to the interface 2 board by a 3-point cable (J 19 connector),
−
to the mains (230 or 100 V) for the solenoid valves commands.
To be compatible with the TIG 2 board, configuration of the motherboard is as follows:
−
ST18 in position 2-3 (Zero Reference remote control),
−
ST27 in position 2-3 (GND opto for opto commands),
−
ST28 in position 2-3 (5 V for TIG board, relay commands),
−
ST29 in position 2-3 (5 V opto for opto commands).
“Tests / Digital IN-OUT” menu:
This menu makes it possible to visualize the states of the commands and remote command of the
interface board and the TIG board.
The commands of the MIR are also visualized. These commands can be modified in this menu.
This menu is an important tool for testing the interface boards and the TIG boards.
