– Cylinder pressure:
•
Check the residual pressure in order to evaluate the remaining autonomy. Replace the
cylinders, if necessary (most gas suppliers recommend replacement or recharging of
cylinders when their pressure is less than 10 x 10

hPa). Also check the guarantee
limits of the gas in the cylinders.

Compressor:
•
Purge the capacity, if necessary (see user manual of the compressor for maintenance,
if necessary; oil level, replacement of filters, etc.).
– Drier:
•
Verify that filters are clean, and oil-free. Check the upstream and downstream
pressures in particular.
– Drying cartridge: (MDS device)
•
Check the colour of the drying cartridge and replace it, if necessary (green) after the
venting of the pneumatic system.
NOTE : When the cartridge charge needs to be replaced, it is possible that the
drier is faulty.
