ASSEMBLY
If you want to increase the volume of the mix, insert the beating whisks in the large or small coupling.
If you want to knead the mix, insert the hook with the ring in the large coupling [Fig. B] and the
hook without the ring in the small coupling.
USAGE
WARNING! Comply with the indications in the chap-
ters "Food contact" and "Quantity and usage time".
WARNING! DO NOT use this appliance if there are vis-
ible signs of damage.
WARNING! DO NOT touch the whisks or the hooks in
any way when the appliance is operating.
WARNING! Switch the appliance off and unplug it
from the mains supply before assembling or remov-
ing the whisks or hooks and after use.
WARNING! DO NOT use the appliance wearing clothes or
accessories which may get caught in during operation.
WARNING! DO NOT obstruct the ventilating grilles.
Connect the power plug to the mains socket.
Move the speed control lever to position 1 or 2.
If necessary, move the lever to position 3 or 4 or speed 5 to increase the volume of the mix.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
WARNING! Always disconnect the appliance from the
socket before cleaning or performing maintenance.
Clean the accessories according to the instructions in the "Cleaning before first use" chapter.
Wipe the motor unit with a sponge that has been dampened and thoroughly squeezed out.
Dry with a cloth. Store in a damp-free place, away from heat sources.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Should one of the following problems occur, implement the proposed solution:

The flour has not mixed well
into the dough.
Start mixing with the beating whisks for 1 minute, mixing part
of the flour with the water.
Switch the appliance off and remove the plug from the socket.
Replace the whisks with the dough hooks and continue mixing,
pouring in all the flour.
WARRANTY
The appliance is guaranteed for three years from the date of delivery as shown by the date on the
receipt/invoice. In case of defect existing before purchase, the replacement is guaranteed. The
warranty does not cover those parts found to be faulty as a result of negligence or careless use.
The warranty also excludes all cases of improper use of the appliance or any instances of use of
professional type. The seller refuses to accept any liability for damage that may directly or indirect-
ly be caused to people, property or pets as a result of failure to abide by all instructions contained
in this manual.
The symbol representing the crossed out trash can on the appliance indicates that the prod-
uct, at the end of its useful life, must be treated separately from domestic waste. It must
be taken to a recycling centre for electrical and electronic appliances or turned in to the
point of sale when purchasing a new, equivalent, appliance. Correct consignment of the no-longer
used appliance to a recycling centre for treatment and environmentally compatible elimination
avoids negative impact on the environment and public health, and makes possible the recovery
the materials that the product is made from. The user is responsible for taking the appliance to
the recycling centre at the end of its life. For more detailed information regarding the available
collection systems, contract the local refuse centre or the store where the product was purchased.
Anyone who leaves or throws away this appliance without taking it to a collection centre for
electrical-electronic waste, shall be punished by administrative fine as per applicable law on illegal
waste disposal.
