7.3  CAN Serial Ports (Rectifier Shelf)

Two CAN Serial ports (modular jacks), are provided for communications with Cordex controllers and other CAN-
enabled equipment. These are located on the left side of the rectifier shelf as viewed from the front.

1.  Daisy-chain from shelf to shelf (CAN 1 of one shelf to CAN 2 of another) as shown in Figure 8.
2.  Insert a CAN terminator (part number 5450228-001) in the last CAN bus position at the end of the daisy chain.
