Gel electrode
1. Pull lifting tube completely into
assembly (in »Maintenance« position,
see Fig. 3.7)
2. Turn stop bolt lock through 90° so that
plastic grooves are located above the
recesses.
3. Turn lifting tube clockwise until stop
bolt lock engages.
4. Remove splash protection cap from
assembly.
5. Now you can remove the lifting tube by
turning anticlockwise.
6. Insert electrode hand-tight in electro-
de holder that is now visible and tigh-
ten by ¼ turn using socket spanner
(WAF17).
7. Insert measuring cable from top th-
rough handle and lifting tube.
8. Screw measuring cable on electrode
plug-in head and tighten hand-tight.
9. Screw lifting tube hand-tight back on
assembly.
10.Place measuring cable in splash pro-
tection tube and insert on protective
tube.
11.Release stop bolt locks catch: Remove
stop bolt lock and turn through 90°.
Remove electrode in the reverse se-
quence of operations.
