Guide the sample tube initially in a loop through the eyelet on the
cannula holder (1).

Thread the tube from the left side through the eyelet (2) at the
lower end of the head.

Place the tube at the rear in the eyelets at the rear of the au-
tosampler arm.
11.
Connect the tube to the sample tube of the PlasmaQuant PQ 9000.
12.
Check the DIP switches (1). Turn switch 5 to "ON"; all other switches
in original position.

Connect the PlasmaQuant PQ 9000 and the ASPQ 3300 to the in-
terface cable ("Autosampler" on the PlasmaQuant PQ 9000 and
"Host" on the ASPQ 3300).
14.
Connect the mains cable first with the mains connection (3) and
then grounded mains outlet.
15.
During operation, set the pump speed in such a way that the liquid level remains constant and not too much
wash solution overflows (see also section "Replacing the pump tubing of the autosampler pump" pg. 66).

Installing additional accessories
4.6.1
Installing Isomist
CAUTION
Risk of freezer burn! The spray chamber and the interior surfaces of the Peltier element
can get very cold (up to -10 °C). Do not touch these device components during operation
or directly after.
The temperature-controlled Isomist spray chamber features an integrated Peltier ele-
ment with which the spray chamber temperature can be adjusted in a range between -
10 °C and +60 °C (increments of 1 °C).
