The unit instructs the generator to start and waits for the period of this timer for the generator to
become available. If it isn't available when the timer expires, the generator start failure alarm is
occurred.
This timer dictates how long the unit will wait after it has received a mains failure signal before it will
attempt to start. This prevent un-necessary starting on a fluctuating mains supply etc.
