Unloader valve does not release pressure when air tank
reaches
blow-off
pressure
Unloader valve must be replaced. Contact an EMGLO fac-
tory service center or an EMGLO authorized service center.

Fittings are not tight
Tighten fittings where air can be heard escaping. Check fit-
tings with soapy water solution. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.

Defective unloader valve
Turn off motor, rotate manual lock unloader lever to the
closed
perpendicular position. If air leaks out of air tank through
unloader valve, replace unloader valve.
