This manual contains information concerning the operation and maintenance of the 
Liebert NXL Series Uninterruptible Power System (UPS) and batteries. 

All relevant parts of the manual should be read prior to commencing installation. 

The UPS must be commissioned and serviced by an engineer approved by the 
manufacturer (or his agent).Failure to do could result in personnel safety risk, 
equipment malfunction and invalidation of warranty. 

Do not apply power to this equipment before a Liebert approved engineer has 
commissioned it. This information is required to substantiate any warranty claims that 
might be made. 

The Liebert NXL UPS has been designed for Commercial/Industrial use only, and is not 
recommended for use in any life support applications.  

The UPS is for indoor use only.

 This is a product for restricted sales distribution to informed partners. 

Installation restrictions or additional measures may be needed to prevent disturbance
