Non-safety Declaration
: The thermostat does not exhibit any safety risk to the
user if the usage guidelines are followed. No safety function is present in the
thermostat.

: The thermostat must be power supplied by an
NEC (National Electrical Code) Class II limited power 24VAC transformer

Industry Canada (IC) Compliant to ICES-003, Issue 6
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the
following two conditions:
