For Your Safety
1. While the machine is in operation, always
keep your eye on the sewing area and do
not touch any moving parts - needle(s),
flywheel, movable cutting blade, loopers,
etc.
2. Always switch off the power switch
and unplug from the power supply:
when leaving the machine unattended
when attaching or removing parts
when cleaning the machine.
3. Do not place anything on the foot control.
NOTE (USA only)
: Use only Matsushita
Electric model 4C316B202 foot control.
Connecting Machine to Power
Supply
The power switch should be off.
Before connecting the power cord/foot control,
make sure the voltage and frequency shown
on the machine are identical to your electrical
power. Insert the machine/foot control plug
into the machine and the power supply plug
into the wall.
