Recorded contents in installed HDD
How to see the recorded contents

Press Guide button on Remote Control or
on Front key

Select REC List by pressing ◄,► button
and press Enter button on Remote Control
or OK button on Front Key

Recorded contents in USB storage
Please make sure first if the recording device is
USB in the Set Up menu
(Please refer to the Record Section In this manual)

and press Enter button on Remote Control
or OK button on Front Key
Please make sure your if USB storage is
connected to HMR correctly

Select USB by pressing ▲,▼ button and
press Enter button on Remote Control or
OK button on Front Key

Select Movie by pressing ◄,► button

Select the correct Partition by pressing
▲,▼
and press enter on Remote Control if
you have multi partitions in USB Storage
(If you have only one partition in it, please
disregard this step)

Select /REC/ directory by pressing ▲,▼
and press Enter on Remote Control

You can see the recorded contents in mpg
files in the /REC/ directory
Recording and Time Shift from TV
You may record or enjoy time shift from TV direclty.
It is only available with TV which has AV output
function through Scart and Scart version of this unit.
Please check if your TV is supporting it first.

Go to the Set up Menu and change the TV input On
(refer to the Set Up Menu, Video setting in this manual)
Your TV is not supporting AV out function through
Scart If you face the distortion of audio or video on
your TV after changing it.
You can not use this function with your TV in this case.

Connect with an scart cable from EURO AV
OUT (TV) in HMR to TV Scart Input

Press Record button on your remote
control while you are watching TV if you
want to record. Press TIMESHIFT Button if
you want to enjoy time shift function.

Press Stop button on your remote control if
you want to stop.

While selecting the TV channel by TV remote
control, Go to AV In in the Guide Menu

Press SOURCE button on remote control.
You can find TV In source while pressing it
(Video 1 -> TV IN -> Scart)

Go to TV In mode where you can find the TV
channel you selected by TV remote control.

Channel Change

Press TV/HMR button on your remote
control in order to go to TV mode in your TV.

Change the channel by TV remote Control.

Press TV/HMR button again in order back
to Scart AV mode in your TV.

You can record, enjoy the time shift again.
* If you can not go to Scart AV mode by
pressing TV/HMR, please change it by TV
remote control to go to Scart AV mode.
