In the event that a pair is to be installed next to a
building or a fixed fencing, the minimum distance from
the latter shall be 1 m, in order to avoid undesired
alarms caused by microwave beam reflections.
The MWA60R/T system can also be installed for wall
enclosure protection. In this case, the installation
system illustrated in the figure can be adopted, which
will avoid false alarms caused by cats or birds
wandering about. Here too, the ground height shall be
1.0 to 1.2 m.
Due to the soil characteristics, very high sensitivity
may be noticed in the middle of the protected area
and next to the ground level, due to peculiar ray
reflection forms.
