3. Motor
The winding and commutator on the motor are the main parts of the machine. Do not scratch the surface of
the winding and commutator on the motor and never apply oil or water on it.
Dust on the motor will increase a possible failure. After using the tool for 50 hours supply the compressor air
into the ventilation slots by rotation at no-load speed to remove dust on the motor.
4. Housing in the ventilation slots (tap slots).
Vent slots should be kept clean and free of foreign materials, such as styrofoam and small particles of concre-
te. Always remove foreign materials from the grooves before use. Otherwise, this can result in poor motor fan.
5. Store the machine after its operation.
Keep tools stored in a dry area, out of the reach of children
MAINTENANCE
Disconnect the plug from the power source before performing maintenance.
1. Replace the cutting disc
Using a worn cutting disc can result in poor performance. Replace it with a new one.
2. Screws.
Check that the screws are tight and at regular intervals. This helps prevent risky situations
3. Save the tool after the operation
After use, disconnect from the power source. Keep tools in a dry area away from children.
4. Lubrication
For long tool life, regularly lubricate the following parts, every month (look at the parts name)
- Parts that rotate on the shaft
-Part that rotate in the vice
-Parts that rotate in the vice (B)
