Malfunction
Possible reason
Solution
RAILSTRAIGHT
will not connect to
the
RAILSTRAIGHT
APP, but is shown
in the list of available devices.
RAILSTRAIGHT
has up to now not been
connected to your Android device and
the installed
RAILSTRAIGHT
APP.
When you connect the RAILSTRAIGHT
APP for the first time to RAILSTRAIGHT,
a dialog box is displayed. This
asks you to enter the password
ID of the RAILSTRAIGHT. This
eight-digit ID consists of 1212
and the last 4 characters of the
Bluetooth name (e.g. BTEMP6290
= Passwort ID 12126290) .

During the connection process
RAILSTRAIGHT
has contact
to a metallic surface.
Do not lay
RAILSTRAIGHT
on the rail or
a metallic surface before connecting.

• Take care that the distance

more than 5m otherwise a
connection will not be possible
or the connection will break.
• When the internal battery is low the
maximum distance goes below 5m.
The internal battery of
RAILSTRAIGHT
is too low.
