Egg white foam
Preparation:
1. Attach the “butterfly” whisking attachment (7) onto the blade (4).
2. Put the egg whites and salt into the mixing container (20), whisk for 3
min at speed 5. Whisking time depends on the amount of egg whites. It
takes approx. 3 minutes to whisk each 60 g of egg whites
Tip
The mixing container, the blade and the “butterfly” should be clean and
dry.
Whipped cream
Preparation:
1. Attach the “butterfly” whisking attachment onto the blade.
2. Put the cream into the mixing container, whisk for 1 min at speed 5 to
get the required thickness.
Tip
Whisking time depends on many factors, e.g. the amount and temperature
of the cream.
Very cold cream is difficult to whip. If cream is whipped for too, it will
change to butter.
