Switch the appliance off, rotate the mix-
ing container lid clockwise until it locks,
and reset the appliance.

1. The mixing container is incorrect-
ly placed on the body.
2. The lid is correctly attached to the
mixing container.
Properly attach the mixing container ()
onto the body () or properly attach the
lid to the container. Start the appliance.

1. Excessive amount of ingredients
in the mixing container or motor
speed too low.
2. Motor overheating protection
has tripped after excessively long
operation.
