WARNINGS
NOTE: There is a “hot surface” indicator on the appliance. It
notifies the user that the given part may be hot and should not
be touched with bare hands.
Exercise special caution when mixing hot products.
After mixing hot products, wait for the blade (4) to stop. Remove
the mixing container (20) from the appliance body (12), detach the
measuring cup (1), and then remove the lid (2).
NOTE. The blade (4) is very sharp. It may cause injury, if used
improperly. Pay attention when handling the blade (4). Grab the
blade only by its top section.
1. Do not touch the blade (4) if the appliance is switched on. After
turning the appliance off, wait for the blade to stop before
handling it.
2. Do not operate the appliance if the blade is damaged (4).
3. A gasket (5) should be inserted under the blade (4). If the gasket
(5) is missing, the products processed in the mixing container may
leak out, posing a hazard to the user or the appliance.
4. Do not use the appliance for grinding bones and other very hard
products.
5. The blade is a wear part and degrades over time.
Do not sharpen the blade (4). Replace the blade, if it is dull.
6. Maximum acceptable time of continuous grinding of very hard
products is 40 s. Wait 5 minutes before recommencing work.
