AL01 - Emergency button:
Active if button pressed
AL02 - Out of r.p.m.:
Active if the
engine r.p.m. is> 115% of rated
speed.
AL03 - Low r.p.m.:
Alarm evalu-
ated after 5s of the start-up of the
G.S. and always with fuel solenoid
on.
AL04 - Low oil pressure:
Active if
the oil pressure is <1 bar.
AL05 - High temperature:
Active
if the temperature is > 90° C.
AL06 - External alarm 1
AL07 - External alarm 2
AL08 - External alarm 3
AL09 - Mains contactor fails to
close
AL10 - Overvoltage G.S.:
The
G.S. stops when the output volt-
age is higher than the G01 value.
AL11 - Undervoltage G.S.:
The
G.S. stops when the output volt-
age is lower than the G02 value.
AL12 - Overfrequency G.S.:
The
G.S. stops when the frequency is
higher than the G03 value.
AL13 - Underfrequency G.S.:
The G.S. stops when the frequen-
cy is lower than the G04 value.
AL14 - Phase sequence reversed
G.S.:
The G.S. does not start.
AL15 - Failure to start
AL16 - Failure to turn off
AL17 - Battery discharge
AL18 - Auto voltage detection:
If the MC2 module loses power
when starting, due to the poor
condition of the battery, it does
not attempt a second start-up.

NOTES: AL13 - Underfrequency G.S.:
The alarm is also activated in the event of a sudden stop of the
engine due to mechanical problem:
•
Fuel filter dirty, water in fuel
•
Alarms from the engine control unit (VOLVO can-bus):
high coolant temperature, low water level, low oil pressure,
fault injection system.
