Cleaning the pump filter
The filter is located in the pump
housing. It must be cleaned whenever
the burner is serviced.
·
Close the manual shut-off valve.
·
Place a container under the pump.
·
Remove the cover screws.
·
Withdraw the filter and clean or
replace it.
·
Put the filter back, screw the lid
back on firmly with a new seal.
·
Open the manual shut-off valve.
·
Check for leaks.
Gas and oil valves
The gas and oil valves do not require
any special maintenance.
Valves must not be repaired.
Defective valves must be replaced by a
qualified specialist, who must then
check for leaks, check the combustion
values and check that they function
correctly.
Dismantling the blast tube
Either the furnace door must be opened
or the burner dismantled to carry out
this procedure.

Variant 1
- Access via the furnace
door

Loosen by 1 or 2 turns the 3 screws
holding the blast tube in place. N.B.:
The screws have a left-hand thread
(Allen screws 3).
·
Withdraw the blast tube, inspect,
clean and replace if deformed.
·
Clad the space between the blast
tube and the door insulation in
fire-resistant material.
N.B.: Take care not to obstruct the
furnace pressure release pipe.

Re-assemble in reverse order.

Variant 2
- Dismantling the burner
·
Dismantle the ignition and mixing
unit.
·
Dismantle the gas valve assembly
module.
·
Unscrew the pressure release pipes.
·
Undo the power connections.
·
Unscrew the gas connection (four
M10 nuts).
·
Unscrew and remove the burner
housing (four M10 nuts). Be careful
not to damage the power cable.
·
Unscrew the burner head, then
proceed as for Variant 1.
·
Re-assemble in reverse order.
Important
After each intervention, check the
combustion values under operating
conditions (furnace door closed,
cover fitted, etc.)
Enter the measurement values in
the furnace records.
Replacing the gas filter
The filter medium must be checked
once a year, and replaced if dirty.
·
Loosen the screws securing the
cover to the filter or to the valve
assembly.
·
Remove the filter medium and clean
it thoroughly.
·
Put in a new filter medium.
·
Screw the cover firmly back in
place.
·
Open the manual shut-off valve;
check for leaks.
Cleaning the cover
·
Clean the cover with water and
detergent.
·
Do not use chlorinated or abrasive
materials to clean the burner cover.
