Safety sheet
per EU regulation Nr. 453/2010
Antifrogen SOL HT
8.2
Limitation and supervision of exposure
General
safety
measures
Observe the usual precautions for handling/working with chemical products.
Hygiene measures
Wash your hands before pauses and at the end of your shift. Use skin ointment to protect your hands.
Remove soiled and soaked clothing immediately and wash thoroughly before reuse.
Respiratory equipment:
Use respirators in case of long term exposure or when extraction is poor. Use a DIN EN 136
Filter A (organic gas and vapours) full face mask per DIN EN 141 Use of filtering equipment pre-
supposes that the ambient atmosphere contains at least 17 Vol% oxygen and that the permitted
gas limit of 0.5 Vol% has not been exceeded. Apply established regulations, including EN 136 /
141 / 143 / 371 / 372 and any applicable national regulations.
Observe all applicable national regulations, including TRGS 900, BGR 190.
Note the limit on duration of use per §19 Section 5 GefStoffV (German hazardous substances
regulation) in connection with rules for the use of respiratory equipment.
Hand protection:
Long term exposure: butyl rubber gloves. Minimum penetration time/glove: 480 min Minimum layer
thickness/glove: 0.7 mm
Short term exposure (spray protection): nitrile rubber gloves. Minimum penetration time/glove: 30 min
Minimum layer thickness/glove: 0.4 mm Glove of this type are available from various manufacturers.
Observe the manufacturer's recommendations in relation to minimum layer thickness and penetration
time, and be aware of any special conditions in the workplace.
Eye protection:
Protective glasses
