[Tile Data]:
The display window can be switched back to the Tiled Data window by clicking this
button. Double clicking the displayed graph can also switch to the Tiled Data
window.
[Measured Date & Time]:
The date and time of the displayed measurement taken.
[User Comment]:
Displays the [User Comment] entered in the Measurement Setting.
[Range of Integration
Value]:
Displays the spectrum intensity integration value (W/m

) within the wavelength
range which is setup in [Integration Range] in the Measurement Setting.
[Instrument Information]:
Displays the information of [Buildup Time (Exposure Time)], [Sensor Temperature],
[Power Supply Voltage], and [with/without Sensor Cooled Drive]
