6. Software
This software is exclusively used for measuring and processing the data acquired by MS-713. It is used for taking
measurements and analyzing data. Below describes the system configuration.

1. Installation
NOTE: Make sure to install the software on a PC which has administrative and/or installation authority.
1)
Power ON the PC and insert the installation disk to the CD disk drive while the Windows desktop screen
is displayed.
2)
Start the installer by clicking the “Setup.exe” which is included in the Installation Disk.
3)
Installation Wizard window appears. To go to the next step, click [Next].
