3. Proper use
Important.
This hedge trimmer is suitable for cut-
ting hedges, bushes and shrubs.
The equipment is to be used only for its prescri-
bed purpose. Any other use is deemed to be a
case of misuse. The user / operator and not the
manufacturer will be liable for any damage or inju-
ries of any kind caused as a result of this.
Please note that our equipment has not been de-
signed for use in commercial, trade or industrial
applications. Our warranty will be voided if the
machine is used in commercial, trade or industrial
businesses or for equivalent purposes.

5. Before starting the equipment
5.1 Assembly
The hedge trimmer is supplied fully assembled.
No assembly work is required.
To make it easier to control, the machine is
fi
tted
with a rotary handle that can be adjusted as re-
quired into positions at angles of -90°/0°/+90°. To
do this, press the lever (Fig. 5/Item B) downwards,
turn the rotary handle into the required position
and then allow the lever to rise and latch in place
again. The various adjustable positions facilitate
working above head height or in other places with
di

erent access.
