FCC Class B Declaration of Conformity

CLICKING TO ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR AGREEMENT DURING REVIEW OF AN ELECTRONIC VERSION OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT
OR BY INSTALLING, COPYING OR BY OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS LICENSE
AGREEMENT. THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT IS ENFORCEABLE AGAINST YOU AND ANY LEGAL ENTITY (E.G., SYSTEM INTEGRATOR,

IF YOU HAVE EXECUTED A SEPARATE SIGNED WRITTEN AGREEMENT WITH EFI FOR THE SOFTWARE, IN THE EVENT OF ANY
CONFLICTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BETWEEN SUCH WRITTEN AGREEMENT AND THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, THE TERMS
AND CONDITIONS OF THE WRITTEN AGREEMENT SHALL CONTROL.
