Working with the controller
With only one command button: TB SW- MODE ‘0’ (Toggle switch)
Turn the switch on and off to control the magnet.
With momentary switch see step 1 and 2
1- Press briefly on the command button for less than 0.5 sec and the controller will activate
the electromagnet. If you hold the command button more than 0.5 sec the dropping
sequence start at the release of the button.

To drop the materiel, hold the command button again for more than 0.5 sec.
With only one command button: TB SW- MODE ’1’ (Momentary switch)
1- Press briefly on the command button for less than 0.5 sec and the controller will activate
the electromagnet.
2- Press again briefly and the dropping sequence will start instantly.

If you hold button during dropping cycle the (sorting) parameter are applied to make
sorting.

If the sorting is too fast, hold down the button for 3 seconds at the time of powering up
and the sorting speed will be divided by 2.

If you hold the button 2 sec. at the magnet loading the controller will activate the
automatic reloading at the button release.
On activation the lamp will flash. And will flash one shot every 5 seconds to remind you
that the reloading is still active. To unactivates it, hold the button 3sec. to glue, . at the
magnet loading.
With two command button: TB SW- MODE ’2’ (Momentary switch)
1- Press briefly on the command button (less than 0.5 sec.) and the controller will activate
the electromagnet.
2- Press a second command button to drop the materiel.
If you hold this button during dropping cycle the (sorting) parameter are applied.
This button will be connected to ‘TB IN‘.
To enable or disable TB IN enter access code 102.
