speed, or input it directly in the field.

Input the upload bandwidth of your Internet connection in
Kbits. You can use dropdown menu to select a upload line
speed, or input it directly in the field.
Add
Click this button to create a new QoS rule:
Rule name: Input a name for this QoS rule for identification.
Bandwidth: Select ‘Download’ or ‘Upload’ for traffic type of
this QoS rule, input the bandwidth you wish to assign to this
rule, and then select ‘Guarantee’ (Minimum bandwidth
allocated to this QoS rule), or ‘Maximum (Maximum
bandwidth this QoS rule can use).
Local IP Address: Input the local IP addresses range which
will be using this QoS rule (Input starting address on the left,
and ending address on the right). If only one IP address is
involved, input the address in left field only.
Local port range: Input local port numbers which will trigger
this QoS rule. You can ports such as ‘1-100’ or ‘1,3,5,7,9’ ,
or input a single port number here.
