Er01
Water high temperature block.
Activates if the water reading
probe
reads a temperature over
90°C
Check the circulator is working properly (TSC)
Check the plumbing (TSC)
Re-activate the reset thermostat (User)
Er02
Air pressure switch activation
error.
Negative pressure in combustion
chamber inadequate.
Check the smoke fan (TSC).
Check any chimney obstructions (TSC).
Er03
No fl ame block
Activates if the thermocouple
detects a smoke temperature
lower than the value set
interpreting this as
a
fl
ame being absent.
The
fl
ame may not be on because:
• Check if there are no pellets in the tank (User).
• Check if too many pellets have suffocated the
fl
ame, check the quality of the pellets (TSC)
• Check if the maximum thermostat has acti-
vated (rare because it would correspond to the
excess smoke temperature) (TSC)
• Check the pressure switch has cut the electri-
cal power supply to the gearmotor due to the
blocked chimney

Er04
Water output sensor anomaly
activates if the water temperature
reading probe is faulty or discon-
nected
• Check the probe connection to the electronic
board (TSC).
• Check functionality with cold testing (TSC).
Er05
Smoke high temperature block
switch off due to excessive smoke
temperature
Excessive temperature of smoke can
depend on:
type of pellet, smoke extractor anomaly,
blocked channel, improper installation,
due to the gearmotor, no
air intake in premises (TSC).
• Check the smoke probe (TSC).
• Clean the exchangers (TSC).
Er07 - Er08
Smoke motor fault block
(activates if the smoke extractor
rotation sensor detects
an anomaly)
• Check the smoke extractor is working
(rotation sensor connection) (TSC)
• Check the smoke channel is clean (TSC)
• Check the electrical system
(earthing) (TSC)
• Check the electronic board (TSC)
Er11
Internal clock error
Replace the battery on the electronic board
(TSC)

and therefore not covered by warranty.
