Distinguish between the following two cas-
es:
NO fl ame appeared
Check:
• positioning and cleaning of the crucible

• switch on resistance functionality (TSC)
• Try to ignite with a

relighter.

The fl ame has appeared, but after switch
on the writing Er03 appears.
Check:
• thermocouple functioning (TSC).
• start-up temperature set in
parameters (TSC)

No mains block
(not a defect of the boiler).
No electrical power for more
than 50 minutes.
Check the electrical connection and drops in
voltage (User)

Boiler or buffer temperature
probes error
Incorrect reading of the probes.
Check the probes and their connections
(TSC).

Communication error
between the electronic board

Cut power from the boiler, wait a few
