We thank you for having chosen CRISTAL.
Before using it, We ask you to carefully read this file, in order to be able to better, and safely, take advantage of all the features.
For any eventual doubt, requests for spare parts or claims, please refer to the retailer from whom you purchased, indicating
contents slip and type of appliance.
The contents slip number, necessary for identifying the chimney, is indicated in the documentation attached to the same and
on the small label applied at the front.
Said documentation must be kept for identification.
• Keep the present instructions which must be used for eventual information requests.
• The particulars represented are graphically and geometrically indicative.
Safety information
The CRISTAL are planned to heat the room in which it is in through radiation and the movement of hot air.
The only risks which could derive from the use of the chimney are linked to the non compliance with the installation instructions
or contact with fire and hot parts (glass, pipes, hot air outlet) or the introduction of foreign substances.
Only use wood as fuel.
Inflammable products must not be used for cleaning the smoke channel.
The glass can be COLD cleaned with appropriate product (ex. GlassKamin) and a cloth. Do not hot clean.
The discharge pipes and the hatch reach high temperatures whilst the chimney is functioning.
Do not place objects which do not resist to heat near the chimney.
NEVER use liquid fuels to light the chimney or to rekindle the fire.
Do not obstruct the airing openings in the installation room, nor the air inlets of the same chimney.
Do not wet the chimney.
Do not insert reductions on the smoke discharge pipes.
The chimney must be installed in rooms in conformity with the fire prevention safety and equipped with all services which the
appliance requires for the correct and safe functioning.
For installing in Italy refer to UNI 10683/2005 or subsequent modifications.
In any other nation, verify the relative laws and rules.
IMPORTANT NOTE
In case of faults to the CRISTAL hearth, contact the retailer from whom you have purchased or the dealer.
Only use original spare parts from the manufacturing company, only like this it is possible to rely on the safe working of the plant.
The improper use of the appliance inevitably leads to the voiding of the warranty.
The appliance is considered to be used properly when the present use instructions, the UNI 10683 rule the rules for the correct
installation and use, are observed.
