OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Never hold switch either up or down when plate has made its travel cycle. This will cause extra
amp draw on your battery and could possibly damage the motor or pump on your plate. Gauge
kit really helps here.
2.
Always rinse your plate off after every use especially if used in salt water.
3.
After each use check all mounting bolts to make sure they are tight.
4.
Check and clean any loose wires and connections.
5.
If you do not have power the first thing to check is the circuit breaker on positive side of battery, if
black button is out, simply push in to reset. However, remember something caused the breaker to
trip. This could be a short in the wires or SOMEONE HELD SWITCH TO LONG.
6.
If plate goes down when you hit up side of switch. You can switch the blue and green wires on
switch. Very seldom is this required.
