Increased risk of slipping
Increased slip hazards can occur due to:
– Dripping of working solution from the swivel spout.
– Use of non-Ecolab-approved (validated) products poses the risk of foam
formation due to overflow.
– Changing the product canister.

Device commissioning / product changeover
Sequence steps for commissioning the unit or changing to another product:
1.
Insert a filled product canister on the console and swing in the suction lance.
2.
Setting the desired concentration.
3.
Venting water and product line.
4.
Separate withdrawal of water and disinfectant and collection in measuring gauges.
To do this, unscrew the flow monitor from the mixing valve.
5.
Determination / calibration of the actual concentration in accordance with
Chapter 7.4 ‘Calibration’ on page 34
6.
Attach documentation of the set concentration and the assigned product in a
suitable, clearly visible place in the immediate vicinity of the unit.
