Connect the power adapter
plug to the rower.
Remove the packaging and
zip ties from the rail.
Rotate the knob to your
desired resistance.
If the tablet is sagging
downward use the provided
6mm Allen Wrench to tighten
the hinge bolt as shown.
The rower resistance is
adjusted manually. At the
end of every ride make sure
to adjust the resistance to the
desired base level to facilitate
starting the next ride.
